Can we please have Shift Manager will make the experience more pleasurable during peak hour rush time especially towards end of the month.

Experienced a long queue whilst ONLY 1 of the 2 tills are operating and this causing a backlog and unpleasant experience for the already sit-in customers as we are hovering over them whilst they eat whilst waiting in the queue to get to the till to place our orders.

I asked Managers who wear black shirts on what's the reason why only 1 till is operating. I was told it's strictly for UBER Eats & Mr Delivery food orders only and don't wish to make use of it to help ease the long queue that keeps growing.

I approached another individual who wears a black shirt and asked if he is the Manager, and asked him the same question. The answer was that people are on lunch hence the delay in the queue.

I further asked 1 of the ladies in passing who work there the reason why only 1 till is operating and I was told that they don't want to 2 people manning the till and want only a single person doing that job.

I asked three individual people and I was given 3 different answers for a very questionable ways of operating during peak time food rush

I mentioned this to your social media account on twitter yet the person chose to ignore my complaint and focused on my food order which wasn't the point of my grievances

How is that a valid reason giving the urgency of a packed store and it's raining outside that caused it to be humid. Also a leaking roof when entering 1 of the 2 walk in doors right at the entrance.

Bearing in mind that loadshedding won't end anytime soon and the store operates with a generator. Common sense dictates that more and more will buy food there then wait for electricity to return and prepare food at home.

How do you decide to remedy such bad service on such a busy store ??? Mind you the store isn't too big nor small but it can get crowded very easily.
