King of no stock and poor service

We went to Burger King Kolonade on 7 March 2019 and are not happy.

We stood in a drive-thru que for 20 minutes. When we ordered our chicken whoppas, we were informed that they had no chicken. We then ordered the beef whoppas. On receiving our food, we asked for mayo and we were once again informed that they have no mayo. Our cooldrink are sooo hot. I quess they also had no ice. Our burgers also had no gurken on.

Very disappointed.

I lodged a complaint on Burger Kings customer service email, but received no feedback at all. So, it seems that poor service is an over all problem within Burger King.
