Insect in my meal

Order placed at the drive through at Zevenwacht Kuilsriver, order #1105 on 28 June 2019 10:35 (Extra Long Chilli Cheese meal), ate my sandwich halfway and when I removed some of the wrapper to take another bite, a small ****roach revealed itself from under the wrapper and ran around my sandwich, I then through the sandwich to the ground and the roach ran off. This is probably the most disgusting thing that could ever happen. I have sent customer service an email and have received no response regarding this. This store does not comply with the health and safety standards and I have all intentions of reporting this so that a health inspector may visit the store and investigate.
