Inept manage of burger king three rivers

Burger king three rivers has rude and inept manager called Heidi, I asked to use washroom to sanitize my hands with water and soap as my hands had fresh cuts, but she blatantly refused to offer me washrooms to sanitize my hands as a result I will not support a store or brand that's has an ******** manager that doesn't understand the meaning of hands sanitising. The manner which she is running the outlet is of a dictator and her employees are scared to question her when she is wrong. Can she pls educate her because her understanding still needs enlightenment, she can even Google it.
