Incorrect Order Received – Missing Items

I ordered three extra-long chili cheese meals, but when my Uber Eats order arrived, it only contained one portion of fries and one cold drink. When we asked the driver about the missing items, he insisted that this was exactly what we had ordered and left. I then contacted Burger King Ottery, where Wesley the manager confirmed my order and explained that the driver had multiple deliveries and mixed up our order. Wesley informed me there was nothing they could do and that I had to take it up with Uber Eats. How is it fair that the customer has to deal with this issue. Now, I have to fight for a refund from Uber Eats, even though Burger King received my money while I only got half of my order. If I could give this branch a zero I would.
