Incorrect order received

Worst experience from Burger King Flora Centre!! We have place an order on 19th March 2024 and when we received the order delivered by Mr D I realised that the order was completely wrong. I ordered a Whopper with cheese meal with a chocolate shake that we received and we ordered a Bacon King Jr meal with a Pepsi that was completely missing from the delivery. We instead received a box of wing which was not ordered!!!! when I logged a query on Mr D I took a photo of everything received and now there is a problem that the box of wings is not open on the photo to see what's inside the box!!! This is not the first time my order was wrong at Burger King!! Last time I was able to go to the shop directly to get my order corrected but I could not this time as it was closing time!!! I will never but from them again
