Inconveniencing Service

I went to the one in Sandown last week Friday and on Tuesday (2019/02/19), i went to make a purchase, whenever i get there they tell me they are offline. They cannot take the voucher i have, How is it possible to be offline everytime around lunch time??? I travel all the way to get food and i keep turning back due to you being "offline"
