Inconsistency

<p>I bought food at a BK branch last week and was given stale chips and a more syrup than shake. I complained on Facebook and was VERY impressed by the prompt responses from call centre and branch in question. Went back the next day and was given a fresher complimentary meal. GREAT! I even followed up with a compliment on their Facebook wall!</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I go there yesterday and I am served with fries that are even more stale than the previous lot. Why do I have to complain in order to get value for my money? Surely serving good quality food should be the rule and not the exception?</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very disappointed, and will definitely not be returning to this branch again.</p>
