Inconsiderate service

It really is annoying that simple knowledge cannot be used. We just came from Burger King Comaro Crossing. After joining the long drive through queue and waiting about 15-20mins, when we get to the front and get told that their milkshake/ice-cream machine is not working. What is so hard in putting a damn sign (advisng it is not working) at the beginning of the drive-thru instead of making someone sit in the queue for absolutely nothing... How pathetic.

I have always come to Burger King Comaro Crossing and really did not expect such service. I'm really irritated and annoyed to say the least
