Inconsiderate Inconvenience

I just went through the "Drive Thru" at the Burger King near Regina Mundi in Soweto and bought a Double Whopper with Cheese and an Ice cream (Heavy Bar-One). I left the establishment and realized when I was about 10km away that I had been given a single and not a double of the burger I ordered.

Here is my problem, I had to call customer service (at my own cost) and the agent (Palesa) advised me to "go back" again at my own cost which annoyed me. My biggest frustration is that now I have incurred additional costs and cant enjoy my ice cream which has now melted because I obviously have to eat my burger first. I am super annoyed.
