INCOMPLETE PAID FOR ORDER *****

I ordered a chilli cheese long burger with 4 wings using the Uber eats app. My order was incomplete and missing the 4 wings. When I got the order it was sealed so I know that the order was incomplete from the Burger king store (Claremont Cavendish Capetown branch).

When I called in at the store, the manager on shift asked me if you could come pick the wings up and I hesitantly said I would if my day allows. I want to be refunded my money as I didn't get the wings i paid for. I cannot be expected to come pick the order up as i had used uber eats, to show how unable I am to go to the branch. The least you guys can do is give me a voucher for the money I paid for the wings.
