*********** Management at BK Olympus Pta

<p>For the record, I love BK. Before you were in SA, I use to have it for breakfast, first thing when I arrived at an international airport. So took my family to BK Olypus Pta on Wednesday evening (voting day). The place was in chaos. Ran out of chips and the bathrooms were so dirty that my wife took my 3 year old daugther to a nabouring store to use their toilets. The problem - an *********** manager, who was actually arguing with customers and shouting on her staff. I have my PhD in leadership and train leaders all over the world, but this lady had no sense of either how to lead her customers or her staff. Her only responce to the chips issue was to give union rings. I'm sorry but my 3 and 5 year olds don't eat unions in their kiddies meal. No option for discount or 2 chees stick. Riget and rude in her arguement with customer after customer. Please get her trained or get rid of her. We want to support our local BK, but not under such manamgnet!
