Incompetence and agressive

Tonight at Burger King Klerksdorp c/o Platan ave and N12 I ordered 2 x Big King meals. The one with a burger and piece of chicken with chips and a drink.

When I ordered I clearly stated no pickles (allergy).

After waiting 48 minutes the order was delivered. When she handed me the food, she asked if we are allergic to pickles. I said yes and then she said they did put on.

I said they knew we don't want it on and that we cannot eat this food. She then asked the kitchen and they started to become aggressive and shouting on why they must redo the burgers. They wanted to just remove the allergen.

I ended up taking food that we had to throw away due to agressive *********** ****** staff at this Burger King.

No wonder Klerksdorp don't want to support this store anymore as its a pit of incompetence and resentment towards clients.
