Inappropriate and unprofessional service by your manager Phumzile

I'm mrD driver, I came to collect the order. The lady ( Phumzile) told me they don't have the order, I asked her what's next because this isn't my order. She said she knows and I've rushed to respond.

She said let me tell them. Who? I don't know. She spends 5min telling them and came out after 7min and started to be busy. I asked for the manager except her, she came and said " yebo" with attitude. Told her I'm looking for another manager to assist because you told me the order isn't there. She told me I should have waited for her as she is busy with drinks as the order is sorted.

I asked her why she didn't give me feedback, she said if there was nothing she was going to say something, so she not saying anything that's means she's preparing. Told her tha her service is very poor and I will report to head office. She said go ahead. Waited another 6min, she came and said " I order ba icancelile" and moved to another customer. She ruined my day as I'm working with time and update could have atleast been better.
