I'm so disappointed i bought a meal i couldn't even eat

ordered a Whopper meal and clearly requested no cheese and a sit-in order. However, I received my meal with cheese and as a takeaway. When I returned to the counter, the cashier was dismissive and said it was not her fault, blaming the receipt. I do not eat cheese, so this was very frustrating
