I'd recommend diners to rather pass on the poor service and meals at Riverside mall Burger King in Vanderbijlpark!

Burger King at Riverside mall in Vanderbijlpark is the worst. First and last for me, I will never order there again. Sasolburg branch, much much better with regards to the food preparation, presentation and service, none of this applies to Vanderbijlpark branch. I ordered through the drive through, 3 of the 4 burgers with chips, I was still asked small or large to which I rep**** large. At the collection window, the bag was simply popped into my hands, the server handed it over and immediately left the window..without checking the order with me. I was already upset as the serviettes were scattered all over the top of the bag, not folded..just all scrunched and scattered..I could not see any of the meals below. So I took that out and checked, no chips..another lady came to the window, and I asked about my chips to which she rudly rep**** that the chips are extra and that its an extra transaction..I said it's ridiculous, that I've ordered it, and already paid..she looked at my slip and again she said, its a separate transaction. I was so disgusted and disappointed, I had my 2 kids in the car with me so I did not go in to speak to a manager, I decided to phone instead. Phoned 3 times, as soon as I ask for a store manager, the phone gets dropped in my ear. I did however lodge a complaint through the customer service. I am waiting on a manager to contact me! On top of that, charhes for the poor excuses of burgers I received is R93 each, burgers only..no chips. Absolutely ridiculous. This is not acceptable
