Shared my horrible experience with regards to food quality and haven't been contacted by anyone with regards to my complaint. Is this how BK sa deal with customers? You deliberately ignore their complaints. You allow such low quality of food to leave your stores? No manager on duty to deal with issues? Are your staff even trained?
