How can you order in the rain by the Drive Thru.

Hello, Today around 6pm I was in the drive thru at the Burger King in Secunda while it's raining, you have to order by the microphone in the rain. When approaching the next window to pay that's a little bit covered from the rain they told me if they didn't help me at the microphone I must go around at the back of the queue. I ended up leaving to an Alternative Restaurant.
