Horrible service and disrespectful staff

I had such a terrible customer experience at The Sanctuary Somerset. We waited for 45minutes just to place an order and the staff made it worse by giving us an attitude when we asked why they took so long. McDonald's and other burger king drivethoughs I've been to always serve customers within 15 minutes. We ordered via drive through which is always VERY SLOW WEEKDAY, weekend afternoons and the staff always makes a lousy excuse of being shortstaffed. By the time we got our order other customers drove off and the car engine was overheating due to iddling the entire rime. It's December month why is the store not making an effort to cater for the masses I've been to burger zewenwatch which is always busy BTW but they are very quick and service is always good. I don't get why your staff thinks it's okay for people to wait so long and still be cheeky with us for demanding better service. You cannot be short staffed in the afternoon during festive time this store has made it a standard be sloppy and have bad attitude towards customers it's disgusting. Ow I am expecting this to be sorted next time I visit the store or will leave a bad review till management ensures there's is enough staff for drive through.
