Horrible service

We visited Burger King Lambton on Wednesday afternoon and was discussed with the service that we expected. 1. We had to wait over 30min to get ou food (all the focus was on the Mr. D guys) 2. Food was cold when we finally received it. 3 We said we are eating in and the lady gave our food in a bag with no tray. When my husband told her we are eating in she brushed him off and give him a tray to sort ourselves out. 4. 2 of the burgers was nothing like it is advertised. 5. The security guard did not do his job as there was 2 youngsters sitting inside and smoke (vape).

I also emailed the so called customer care and it seems that they is also *********** to resolve this issue.
