Horrible Service

I went to Burger King by Glen Ballad Mall on Tuesday, waited an hour by drive through, when I got my food there was no ice in my cooldrink, the chips were stale, the burger was cold and they didn't put any condiments in the bag. I went back there last night (02.01.2021) thinking maybe it will be better, well it was worse. The floors were filthy dirty, the tables were definitely not sterilized because they were dirty and they were taking people's temperatures only once they walked into the door. If those people had covid it would have already been too late.

When I ordered they told me they didn't have chips left so I had to spend more money on a meal because they didn't have chips. The food was cold once again.

With the way they carrying on they will be closed before the end of the month, and it will give your shopping Centre a very bad name
