Horrible service

I was at Burger King East Rand Galleria Drive-thru around 9pm..my card got declined and i know for a fact that the card had money..I asked the person to bring another speedpoint and she asked me to come inside the shop..I parked the car n went to the door only to find that it is locked and security guard told me that they are closed... I tried to explain my situation and i was so annoyed and embarrassed by the staff members inside the shop esp the gentleman (dont knw his name) who didn't want to listen to my story.. Well i went to an atm nearby withdrew cash even went to McD to buy food my card was working perfectly fine... I have never been so embarrassed like this by your unprofessional staff members...
