Horrible non children friendly service

Carnival mall horrible service my children was crying so much, we order through Mr delivery did not receive the paw patrol toys they were expecting, and then they told my husband to come and collect after we paid delivery fee and then they gave the wrong toys and made my children look dumb and sy jazz and the road runner is paw patrol, horrible horrible service, I would not say it is children friendly, horrible people working there no service at all
