Horrible experience

Waited 25 min a drivethrough. Ordering and payment went well. What a disappointment. No condiments. No mayo.no tomato sauce.no serviette. I had to tell the person handlingy food where is the rest of the order, i asked where is the cooldrink with my meal, he proceeded to tell me about white privilege and give me the wrong drinks like im doing you a favour, by ordering food. Is it really that difficult to include mayo and serviettes Absolutely pathetic. Here is my till slip. U can contact me. ***. i have also copied your head office in. I doubt ill get a response. But your clients must be subject to bad service and racial insult. Your richwood branch should be closed until your non existant mangers can train your staff.
