Horrible Customer Service from Manager

<p>Myself and a friend always goes to Burger King for lunch so today i wanted a big meal as i was very hungry and working late shift so that would be suffice for the hunger.</p> <p>Before ordering we asked if they had ice cream as my friend wanted a milkshake, they said no they do not</p> <p> - then the manager said they do have but the machine went on heating...</p> <p> </p> <p>what does that mean??</p> <p> </p> <p>He made himself a cone and enjoyed it at the back, i then asked him but what are they going to do about the fact that i wanted the promo whetre you order a large meal and get a free cone. </p> <p>He then rep**** and said to go back in the que and exchange my order, i then rep**** i have only 30min lunch and thats a time waste. He can just give nme the cone for free like on the advert, he then rep**** hell no nothing in life is for free but then why have promos anf then you cant get what you want then have to change the order...</p> <p>Pathetic Customer service coming from a manager that has no personal s****s or manner to talk to clients and customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would suggest to get a new manager with manegerial ethics and people s****s!</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never buy there again and told my wholecompany about their pathetic service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very UNHAPPY!!!!!</p>
