Horrible

Friday I ordered food from Burger King Arlington House ,via Uber eats status changed from "arriving now" to complete within 30 seconds . Followed up with Uber eats they say I'm not eligible for refund , they claim that the driver contacted me and waited for 8 minutes .and I'm simply asking for proof ,from my side I never received call and when I called him the driver he rejected my call,and I have proof of that , but yet they want to keep money
