********** Service !!!!

I am appalled by the service I received at the Blue Route Mall branch, How do you lay a complaint, get a callback from the branch manager and then hes resolution is to give the lady that provided poor service a warning. Not even considering a way forward, or to even try to get me to come back to the branch for compensation or anything, rather says to me its more important to push out good food than service. WOW! Service sells dude! you've lost a customer, and trust me i will never recommend your branch to anyone, even if they are starving!!! Really guys , rethink the type of people you employ, or send them for proper training at the very least!!
