Highly Upset

<p>order 1157 placed at 13:17 on 28 April. I went to drive thru to place an order. when collecting my order I specifically asked if the extra fries that I ordered was in there and the lady said yes. Anyway came to the beach to eat and discovered that the extra fries that was ordered was not there...at this point I was livid!! Then I had to drive back to burger king luckily I was that far but caused inconvenience to me. Went through the drive through again to say there was a missing item then I got the item and said I was very upset, the staff member apologised and I was fine. But when I was back at beach eating I noticed that there no serviettes or tamato sauce for the fries, I then was again disappointed because clearly they are not doing an accurate job. I am very disappointed in this service I received. </p>
