I placed an order at the Burger King Sandown Rd Drive-Thru (Sandown Retail Crossing, Cape Town) for what was supposed to be the *Whopper Cheese Combo deal* — the one that includes two cheeseburgers with one fries upgraded.

However, my order was incorrect. I only received **one burger** (a Junior Cheeseburger) and the **bacon-loaded fries were extremely small**, even though the slip clearly shows it was for a **large** portion.

For the total charged amount of R173.80, I did not receive the correct items or portion sizes. I would appreciate it if this could be reviewed and the missing items or value compensated.
