Got my order wrong and bad service

I went to Burger King in three rivers and I'm super disappointed in the serve they got my order wrong twice and wouldn't even give me a slip afterwards they are completely unprofessional and uneducated really this is now the second time in a month this has happened I will seriously rather go to KFC or McDonald's from now on.. I still didn't get the right order and the food was cold and it tasted bad
