Good food, below average app

I love the food. But the app leaves a sour taste. I scan the app every time I go to BK. But when I look at my transactions on the app, I am sometimes not allocated BK rewards.

The Sanridge branch is open, but the app still doesn't work at this location, so I am unable to earn rewards or use the special offers. I work nearby, so it is disappointing that this is the case and I am not visiting the store as often as I would if the app was working properly.
