Good food bad service

I really like burger kings food but the service is terrible. I ordered on the app it took off the payment twice trying to sort it out is a nightmare. I phone customer care firstly no idea where they are running their customer care from but there was cars hooting ladies shouting in the background said would get back to me never did. I phoned the next day she said I must email through but the last time it took them months to respond and I got a email saying the query had been resolved but I had never once heard from them. Never mind the actual restaurant they always forgetting parts of the order and don't really seem to understand how online ordering works
