Good day I went your Promenade Mall drive thru branch on the 10 Feb at 20:30. The store door was open and my husband and I entered the premises. As we approached the counter, one of the staff members started shouting at me to leave. They not going to help me, where is the security we must leave. I asked her if there was a sign or someone to indicate that the store was closed and she said no and still shouted at us. The 2 staff members preparing the food was laughing with there masks hanging across their chin. Then the manager arrived, joining his team with humiliating us. Then they started mocking me in Xhosa. Then my husband leave them and go. They refused to give me their names, uttering comments in Xhosa. I am disgusted by your staff behavior, I've never been humiliated and degraded like this. Your store location does not give your staff the right to discriminate and treat people badly. By the way it is still a requirement by law to wear a mask covering your nose and mouth which your staff was not doing!
