Get the order right please

Food is good, but what does it take to get your order right. It's not that difficult to listen to the order, put it into the computer and make up the order, but almost every time I go there they are shouting over each other and not listening to what you order. Please get your managers to talk to the ladies about focusing on the customer and not what they are discussing out loud.
