Frustrated at Service

Had such a terrible experience at the Trufhall Road Branch of Burger King. I mostly use the drive-in, but decided to use the walk-in. The wait was so long because the whole operation is geared towards the drive-in service, whereas being a customer with the same currency, I should have the same buying and interface experience. I raised my displeasure with the on-duty supervisor who walked away from me to go and serve the drive-through. I threatened to report, but that didn't help. I had to wait it out. And when my number was eventually called, my order wasn't as what I had paid for. The apology was indifferent by the supervisor who, once again, left me to serve the drive through... I'm so annoyed, and disappointed that the quality of service is not equal to me, whether I use drive-thru or walk-in.... Sad, really
