Forget Burger King, order McDonald's instead

For the third time in a row, we are severely disappointed by Burger King. First, we patiently waited for our food to arrive for two hours only to have Burger King cancel it through Uber Eats. The second time, fortunately our order came but without chips and the drinks were wrong. Now, our order came missing a chips, with the wrong burger and with a Fierce Whopper that looks like it was thrown together in 5 minutes and missing ingredients.

When we phoned Burger King customer service to make a complaint, we were very unhelpfully told to complain to Uber Eats. It is pathetic that the blame was shifted to the delivery service especially if Burger King packs the order and the order is sealed for our protection so the delivery service cannot even check if the order is correct. If you make mistakes, you should have the courage to own and fix it. We will not make the mistake in ordering Burger King again. McDonald's from now on.
