Food poisoning

Orderd a meal for myself and parents at mall of Africa , the patty was blend, no seasoning at all, cold and tasted old, my mom was the first to point it out then my dad, was our first time there, few hours later we all got sick, runny stomach and cramping, the only thing that tasted good was the fries, I wouldnt recommend to anyone, should have bought steers instead, at the current moment we are still not feeling and trying home remedies, this doesn't deserve 1 star, it doesn't deserve any,horrible burger ever.
