Food Poison at Haasendal Burger King

Last week Friday on the 26th July I visited Burger King in Haasendal, I ordered beacon King meal for my child at the drive-thru. Few hours later after my son ate the burger he got very sick ,he began throwing up and it was very bad. I had to rush him to Kuilsriver hospital at 1h30 am , at that time he was so weak and could barely walk . It was frightening. He immediately got help at ER. I contacted Burger King advising them of the incident of food poisoning as my son got sick after eating the burger. In the afternoon I drove to Haasendal to show them the proof . They were defensive as I was the only person complained. Apparently more complaints came afterwards. I informed them all I need is my refund. It seems to be a mission to get my refund. The scary part is that we buy this fast food from them because of trust and we bring it to our children .
