Food burnt, not contacted as promised

Went to Burger King, Little Falls, Roodepoort on 23 Apr 23, The chicken sandwich's bun was burned, what people doesn't seem to know is, if u burn food, the entire food will then tastes like it was burnt. Why would they give someone burnt food if they could have re-done it, wasted my money, time and my daughter had to had supper on her own. Not acceptable and the food should be replaced, what a spoil on a late Sunday afternoon . I send a direct complaint through on Facebook Messenger and was constantly promised that someone would call me to sort this out, it was never done, they just let it slide like it didn't matter. I work hard for my money and it's not acceptable or OK to pay for food that is burned, this is actually very bad quality and service.
