Disappointment time to time

This is the second time I order something at Burger King Hazyview, Mpumalanga. Where i order something on their machines and after a long time waiting they tell me that they do not have coffee or ice cream. "Do i want a refund?" Excuse me? After waiting so long. Why have products on the machine while you do not serve those iteams?? "FALSE ADVERTI*****T!!!" why not make a note that you don't have a coffee or ice cream machine?

Action has to be taken for this false advertising!
