False advertising ans extremely rude staff

I saw an adverti*****t for a wednesday special two whoppers for only R50 and I thought what a bargain! We decided to by some but what a disappointment. When I arrived to place my order the staff were have a chit chat and just ignored me as a customer. When they decided to help me I was informed that I cannot place an order as I do not have the app on my phone. I showed them the screenshot I took and was informed that they have t's and c's. I pointed out that it does not state anywhere you must have any app to order. The manager then came after I requested to speak to her. She rudely informed me sorry but that is it and they will not assist me. She is applying the t's and c's now. What an awful experience that was.
