False advertising

The Texan Burger was ending running from 17th to the 19th, no time stipulated when the offer is ending. Only to get the 12:50 to be told the offer ended at 12:00 noon. So I drove 20 minutes only to be told the offer has ended which was never stated on the promotion or the app. It is unacceptable to false advertising, it would have been better for them to have told me that stocks were finished, than for me to be told that the promotion just ended. It breaches the CPA pillars in not treating your customers fairly and false advertising . Super disappointed ☹️ now I am out of pocket all because head office changes promotions on a wimp.
