Extremely bad service from Burger King manager in Mall of Africa

Yesterday was at Burger King in Mall of Africa and was badly treated by a manager by the name of Innocentia when they wasted 1hr and 30 minutes of my time refusing to give me the burger I got for rating the business telling me about the terms and conditions whith false until I demanded a written proof of those terms and conditions only to find that they telling me lies and no apology was given to me instead they just gave me my order left me there.
