Extremely bad customer service

Bad service by birchleigh north branch. Firstly I bought 3 beacon kings and she only transacted two and I realized on collection she ranged wrong drinks. I went ahead to buy the third burger she took my bag but never added the burger inside. I had to drive another 15km back to go collect the other burger. When I got there she never bothered to apologized. Instead she gave me burned chips. No Mayonnaise (the biggest reason why I buy burger king), I can't even tell where she was picking small pieces of burned beacon from.
