Excellent Food, but could work on maintaining a overall better restaurant

Burger King has wonderful woppers. I had one time where I ordered onion rings and they were cold and soft, but all the other times they are warm, crispy, and soft on the inside. The rolls are really tasty and soft, real fresh. My only complaint is that a number of times now the Milkshake machine is out of order. I don't know If the manager keeps an eye on what's happening at the store, but If a hand is being held over the business, then this shouldn't happen at all. I really enjoy a chocolate shake with my burger, onion rings and fries and Its disappointing that I ca't get It everytime I visit the store. I understand things happen at times, but this happens on a regular basis and Its unacceptable. Other then that, the staff at the Burger King restaurant are helpful, quick, and efficient. I personally think the large chips should be bigger, but that's just my personal view. The chips or fries as they are called have a yummy spice on them and they are really morish.
