Ever changing recipe

I bought the special 114 Rands 2 meals about 2or 3 weeks ago and it was so hot so had that I complained and they told me the special it is like that and then sat the 14th of August I bought the same special and it was not hot at all and now I'm confused. Is it hot or not. Did the person who answered me just answered to get rid of me or what because I have had that special more than 5 times and it was not hot at all. So who fooled who?.
