Drunk employee at burger king fighting with customer for money

On the 14th of April my kids and I had an horrific experience at burger king sanridge square shopping center at 19.23pm where was constantly harrased by a drunk employee of burger King with his full burger King uniform on, it started as we entered the store at 9.15pm he asked me for money when I told him no he thereafter followed me to the till where he harrased me and passed ****** comments to me infront of my kids the shift supervisor and her team where trying to hold him back, after some time all the staff and security held him and dragged him to the back of the store so I could leave safely, I have had no feedback whatsoever from burger King I got a call from the district manager, a lady by the name of Lynda who was extremely rude and said that they are not responsible for anything because it started outside the door of burger King, I asked her for an email of what she said she immediately cut the call and refused to take my calls or emails
