Drive Thru became a Drive Around

I have never seen my wife this flustered until she went through the Burger King at Wilgeheuwel. Firstly the drive through took extremely as they did not allow the person in front holding up the queue to wait in the parking.

So everything was delayed by an extra 15 minutes. It gets better they give my wife an incorrect order. Went back with my wife to an empty Burger King which took another 30-40 minutes of getting our food order correct while others are having incorrect food orders around us.

Found two uber guys there and left them there still waiting for food orders.

The place was not busy, no apology, took 10 minutes to see the manager, after explaining how bad the service was I just got an explanation with no service and no apology. WOW !!! This is officially our last time here after being regular customers.
