Drive through

Worst experience from Burger King Regina Mundi twice in one week. Every time I try to order in the drive through I never get attended to. The first time it happened I was told about the sensor was not working hence I wasn’t assisted, yet the cars in front of me and behind were served with no issues. Today I’m told that the reason is because they’re short staffed. This is not on. The whole point of a drive through is for seamless service. I can’t be park at a drive through for 20 minutes plus. It’s not on.
