Drinks spilled on delivery - several times
I have complained several times about spillage of drinks. I often receive half a drink that is also flat and/pr has soaked other parts of the meal. Burger King customer care seemingly passes the buck to the delivery service they use.
They need to rethink the packaging for delivery. It happens too often to lay the blame on the delivery person or packing staff. It's the design of the cups.

01 Aug 2022, 15:35Perhaps the only blame the delivery service should take is that they allow the sale of these products on their platform - there should be standards that the restaurant is using suitable packaging for delivery.
